Finance Services Overview

Starting and running a business for the first time can be challenging and financial management is often one of the most complex areas.
RecruitHub provides financial support as you build your agency, with guidance from our finance team throughout your journey.
Before your launch, we recommend completing the Finance Foundations module . This will give you a clear understanding of key financial concepts and responsibilities.

Your Financial Responsibilities

RecruitHub provides support with bookkeeping, financial analysis, taxes and payroll. However, as a business owner, you are responsible for:
  • Paying taxes
  • Paying employees
  • Paying suppliers
  • Invoicing clients
  • Recording transactions and keeping receipts
Some financial services only become available once you start invoicing clients.

When RecruitHub Finance Services Begin

RecruitHub introduces finance services in stages:

After Incorporation

Once you have:
  • Opened your business bank account
  • Paid your share capital
  • Notified the RecruitHub finance team
We will:
  • Set up your Xero accounting and expenses platform

Before Issuing Your First Invoice

At this stage RecruitHub will not yet:
  • Run payroll
  • Configure your Finance dashboard in the platform
What you should do:
  • Keep all business receipts, including any costs incurred before launch or paid from personal funds
  • Submit finance-related queries by raising a ticket through the platform
  • Attend finance drop‑in sessions for guidance

Once You Are Ready to Invoice

When you are ready to raise your first invoice, raise a Customer Success ticket through the platform. We will:
  • Arrange a consultation to cover:
    • How to raise invoices in your platform
    • How to set up and process your pay
  • Set up your RecruitHub Finance dashboard


Following these steps and using the platform for queries will ensure your financial setup runs smoothly.
