Before RecruitHub can create your company, you must complete a Setup Form. This information allows us to incorporate the right business entity – typically a Limited Company in the UK or an LLC in the US.

- Your current employment status
When Incorporation Happens
RecruitHub will incorporate your company close to your Go‑Live date.
To ensure compliance with your employment contract:
- You must be off payroll with your previous employer before incorporation can proceed.
- Let RecruitHub know about your exit process and confirm your final employment date as soon as it is set.
